Attorney Andreas Eustacchio of Eustacchio Rechtsanwälte has been appointed Associate Legal Partner of Virtual Vehicle Research GmbH (Virtual Vehicle Research Center). In his new role, Eustacchio will advise on legal matters relating to autonomous driving.
Events of the Week
In early October, the first annual Corporate Group Law Conference was held as part of the MANZ Legal Academy under the academic direction of Thomas Haberer, associate professor and managing partner at KWR Karasek Wietrzyk Rechtsanwälte. Alongside Thomas Haberer, the distinguished panel of speakers included attorneys Georg Schima, Jörg Zehetner and Thomas Wenger, notary Arno Weigand, tax adviser Philipp Stanek, Christoph Schlager of the Austrian Federal Ministry of Finance, and Klaus Hirschler of the Vienna University of Economics and Business. They addressed current corporate and tax-law issues relating to a number of companies.
